As of today, all of our appointments are completely booked until the end of August. If you need an appointment, please call front desk and they will put you on a waiting list. We have been calling everyone on the waiting list within 24 hours to get an appointment time that works for you. As always, we are constantly trying to add on extra appointment times to accommodate everyone.
Newborns must be seen within a few days, so if you have a newborn, please let front desk know so that we can make sure to get your baby on the schedule.

Dr. Frank D'Urso, MD, FAAP
Dr. Frank D'Urso has been in private practice in the Philadelphia suburbs for 31 years. His style is simple; patients deserve individual care from a physician who knows them well. He works together with patients and families to help with health and wellness concerns beyond routine medical care. He and his daughter now work together with the same goal-- their patients have two physicians caring for them who both get to know their patients' families to provide them with the absolute best medical care.

Dr. Frank D'Urso is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. He sees newborns at the Chester County Hospital Nursery. He is the part-time office physician.
Dr. Antonietta D'Urso, MD, FAAP
Dr. Antonietta D'Urso MD is the full-time office physician. She became a board-certified pediatrician in 2020 after completing her pediatric residency at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan. She obtained her BA in Neurobiology from Harvard University in 2012, specializing in the neurons of the gastrointestinal tract. She obtained her MD from Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in 2017, graduating with dual honors Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and Gold Humanism Honor Society.
Dr. Antonietta has presented her research at numerous national medical conferences and has research experience in neurogastroenterology, probiotics, nutrition, dental health, and pediatric inflammatory bowel disease. She is a Downingtown native and speaks English, Spanish, and Italian fluently. Dr. Antonietta D'Urso also sees newborns at the Chester County Hospital nursery.

New Patient Membership Requests to the Practice

If you are new parents and are interested in choosing us as pediatricians for your newborn, please leave a message below.
Both doctors see newborns in the nursery at Chester County Hospital, but we require new families to the practice speak to us to confirm insurance information and provide name, addresses, and phone numbers prior to their due date in order to officially add your family to the practice. This will allow us to document your saved place in the practice and immediately confirm that when we get notified by the hospital staff after delivery. For potential new patients born at other hospitals; we require the same prior to delivery call to secure your spot in the practice so that all information is confirmed and your first newborn office appointment can be immediately and easily made prior to your discharge from the hospital.

**Our practice does not have a PROMISE ID, so we are unable to take any Medicaid/CHIP insurance.
